Absolute lack of concern of quality. My class ring has been returned 4+ times and IT IS STILL WRONG. the person I contact just sends a warranty letter and prepaid label for me to send the ring back. This last time the crest STILL IS NOT CENTERED and the ring is ROUGH and NOT RHODIUM PLATED.
