Compensation Reviews

Bring in an true executive team. Current team very substandard and self serving with respect to compensation.

Better insurance, paid for knowledge.

The pay scale needs revised so that long term employees are compensated for their years of experience. It only takes a couple of years to get to the top of the scale and then you make the same amount as those that have been there for decades.

More input, better pay and benefits, safer working condition, less pointless inefficient upgrades or fixes, and more intelligent effective fixes or upgrades

Because you can't keep moving up. You top out a year after starting. Not rewarded financially for hard work.

New lead , supervisor and hr . JUST ALL NEW MANAGEMENT

Employees don't feel valued. Every year more is expected from employees, but less is given to them.

Feedback on performance, constructive advice on how to achieve the same goals

Better management in the area

There isn't one; what exists is a head down in a cubicle environment.

Over all moral, people being respectful of each other, not being favorable towards any persons

The crowd is lazy and constantly on the phone.
