Bring in an true executive team. Current team very substandard and self serving with respect to compensation.
Better insurance, paid for knowledge.
The pay scale needs revised so that long term employees are compensated for their years of experience. It only takes a couple of years to get to the top of the scale and then you make the same amount as those that have been there for decades.
More input, better pay and benefits, safer working condition, less pointless inefficient upgrades or fixes, and more intelligent effective fixes or upgrades

Held to a higher standard, hiring employees with useful skills instead of employees with no skills doing jobs that require a level of skill. Safer working conditions
Better knoldge of why process is put in place, and respect for the processes pending after their part is complete

Quick, job was offered right away
Relaxed and not pushed To do anything

Need to hire quality people and have management that knows what's going on.
Stop spending money on ineffective robots then blaming the workers, instead try giving a pay increase to the employees this will will raise morale plus they can properly feed their families. Making a for effective worker
Over all moral, people being respectful of each other, not being favorable towards any persons
