Lack of leadership, No empathy, Managers don't care about you, You're a number. The management hierarchy is political with an ugly culture. I intend to change that.

Empathy, Caring about each individual member of the team, Stop yelling at employees, Cliques within management, Favouritism, Not treating us as numbers, AWFUL training/ If an employee fail its because you failed to care.

Leadership is the worst I've seen! Solution: Invest into caring more about your people > They feel valued, work harder due to constant positive encouragement > Better results > New culture encourages better future leaders > even better results. It's so simple.
