Great team, noone is rude, mean spirited. All are helpful.
The people even though they are massively overworked as well.
It was years ago, not much to say about it
I have no opinion. My only concern is paying rent, utilities and transportation. And being a single person, noone can even afford a decent apartment on my pay, even with overtime.
Lightening up my workload since now I've become fulltime customer service to go with my full time insurance billing position and at least $3 more an hour to pay basic necessities.
Patient are lied to when set up, the billing confuses them when they are set up with autopay(the bill still tells them to send in payment so they end up paying double their bill then get angry when their bank account gets overdrawn). They are lied to about stopping their services as well
