What do you like best about the leadership team?

We now have weekly training.

The RT supervisor in my area was always very helpful and friendly.

Family atmosphere centered around advocating for patients on what they need for the highest quality of life.

Leadership and management make themselves available at all times to provide staff with the knowledge and support they need. Lincare does work to provide a work/life balance.

My office is run well, anything above that has no crate for the patients.

How available they are by phone for any reason.

I have no opinion. My only concern is paying rent, utilities and transportation. And being a single person, noone can even afford a decent apartment on my pay, even with overtime.

She is very friendly and to the point. She lets you know when you are doing something wrong and helps you correct yourself

Employee turnover is through the roof, upper management operates like its 1985 still.

EVERYTHING. most importantly show more compassion and less favoritism.

Communication. Consistency. Engaging more with low level employees. Giving better opportunities for vacation and sick time especially with us being a healthcare company you would expect we would have more than six Days that we could takeoff for unexpected sickness for children’s unexpected sicknes

Treat employees with respect and loyalty. Everyone would work harder if they felt appreciated and more than just a number. Tell people you appreciate their hard work and tell them good job once in a while, but just what they are doing wrong or what isn?

Listening to real workers and not thinking corporate mentality always works
