
they need to understand their employees and not discriminate by race, gender, or sexual orientation.
there needs to be more respect shown for fellow employee's and less contempt and rude behavior.
as a busboy i make less than minimum wage and rely on tips to survive, but most nights my tips hardly pass $40 even if i have worked an 7-8 hour shift.
i have been insulted and accused of lying over the smallest things as well as large accusations. i was accused of having aids and threatened with termination, as well as being told i would be the reason everyone would loose their jobs.
it seemed to be a place that would accept me and treat me as an equal part of the team. i realized shortly after starting however that the interview was just a false front to hide the power abusive nature of the boss.
