My experience started out great, I had hours and I was working a good schedule. As time went on, that all changed and I lost hours without being told why, and I lost clients for absolutely no reason.
Positive. The experience is what I make of it. Coworkers are key to the experience and I have some of the best in the company, in my humble opinion.
I like the company and its product, atmosphere, and goals. I like being productive and working complex problems. We're a bit thin and some positions could benefit from mentorships to help everyone depending on them.
Pipedrive has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I'm so immensely grateful for this company and feel honestly like I've won the employer lottery.
At times the direction of our team has not been focused but with a change in leadership and also a more focused approach to annual OKRs, I think we are heading in the right direction. The 'finish line' seems to be shifting less and less lately which is good!
