Otherwise, there is absolutely no work/life balance and the company is constantly scheming to rip you off. Expectations are overwhelming and support from manager is minimal. Find jobs elsewhere

It now feels impossible to get promoted or even attempt to get paid on a level I should be making for my role. It feels like my only option is to leave and come back in 1-2 yrs to be fairly paid.

Harris Teeter: The store manager is very petty and not helpful. He and my department manger are usually standing arounf talking , knowing how understaff we are and how busy it gets but never landing a hand. Wished i had never worked there, big mistake on my part!!
