There is really no positive in the company. Feel like when we get to a point where things are good we get something different from management and are not honest with us at all.
The merit raises was a joke. They should be done on how well you do on your Self appraises . This would show how you are doing on a quarterly. This would give employees performance more weight then it not meaning anything like it is now. By doing this your Merritt raise actually means something
