Costco: I have been continuously passed over positions but then asked to do the jobs duties of the position I wss passed over for as well as put in charge of training the person who got the position I wss passed over for. This has happened on multiple occasions.
Pyramid Healthcare: Negative treatment. Cursed at on a weekly basis. Employees were ignorant and uninviting. Leadership was weak and unprofessional. Poor pay. All based on tje Philadelphia, Center City facility. Would never recommend the facility to a client or individual seeking employment.

Before that time a manager of mine was not let go even though he did not show up to work in the office until 12pm most days - our org leader knew. A current Director is known to do nothing.
SmithRx: I enjoy my job but am burned out because no one else contributes to the success and changes on our team. It is the same people doing the work while no one else even challenges the validity of processes, answers, goals etc..They just herd around like sheep

SmithRx: definitely not the worst job in the world. missing a few key benefits that I'd like though, and also they keep pushing for higher and higher expectations and treat work from home as a 'privilege' that has to be earned every month which i don't agree with. Definitely room for improvement.
SmithRx: The purpose of the company is great. The way employees are paid is not.
SmithRx: Fast paced, challenging, you know what the mission of the company is.
