My experience has been very lackluster. Coming in, I was told that I would be doing a job that I very soon after I found out I would not. I have worked hard to show that I have skills and competency, but still feel unseen. I want to grow and excel with this organization, but the future's unclear

The team members that are open to interacting are great in the fact that we each look forward to new challenges and moments to bond which can aid in morale boosting . Some are very welcoming and helpful, professionally and personally.

I feel the interview process to acquire me falsely sold me on a job. Nontheless2, I stayed and completely excelled within the first three months. I have done the job of 3 people (without help) , and consistently gone above and beyond at all times to be available, and a team player from day one.

the uncertainty o8f having a job and the l6ack of transparency. There is very little communication, and my position seem to8 get the very least amount of respect or value. I have mo8re knowledge and skill than what I am able to use or present. There is NO MORALE. There is a lack of "development".
