My leadership team has clearly defined goals that they are passionate about. They share those goals with me, which allows me to strategically align my processes to ensure success of those overarching goals.

NEED MORE EMPATHY FROM THE MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR. SUPERVISOR OFTEN ROLLS HER EYES AND SIGHS IN EXASPERATION.

I feel valued by my manager, my coworkers, my superiors, and everyone I work with. I do not believe "Northside" financially incentivizes high performing employees to remain with the company.
