We have an incredibly compassionate and insightful executive team.

Review from HR Dept

It is a diverse leadership team, not too many in upper leadership making decisions and actions easier to get through

Review from Operations Dept

Our leadership team is always looking for ways to improve and are excited to offer opportunities to learn and grow to all of our staff.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs significant improvement in professionalism, communication, and fairness. Leaders are often overheard speaking negatively about staff, which damages morale and creates a toxic environment. The annual competency process is vague, ambiguous, and challenging to complete.

Review from Nursing Dept

Communication. Communication is what drives EVERY relationship - personal and professional. Being 100% transparent at all times is a true characteristic as well. It's a motivating factor that drives satisfaction. look forward to honesty, transparency, and communication in every area of my workplace

Review from Admin Dept

Listen, I have worked at multiple Northside hospitals (Main) my current one's executive team is MIA, never seen. It doesn't make you feel more than a number.

Review from Nursing Dept

Communication skills and showing respect to their team members. Improving technology to best practices so the team is able to meet departmental KPI's. Stop micromanaging team members and leaders below them. Educate our staff in revenue cycle. Staff need to understand the why to perform!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership needs to foster a culture of mutual respect and professionalism. when a manager talks to employees like they're children, it creates a toxic and demoralizing work environment. To improve this situation, management should provide managers with communication training

Review from Admin Dept

My leadership needs to do better at seeing their employees as people. As employees, we are spoken down to as if we are children and some comments made are inappropriate. We are often asked to not speak or laugh with one another and our suggestions for improving the department are never considered.

Review from HR Dept

Being a leader! My leadership appears to have no leadership training. they have been given a leadership position without knowing anything about the actual role. They are horrible. It is hard to fault them for not having any training but at the same time, they hold grudges, they target, they manipula

Review from HR Dept

Review from Nursing Dept

Review from Admin Dept

Review from Admin Dept

More staffing for department and eval compensation rate

Review from Customer Support Dept

Allowing more diversity within the organization. Being more open to the staff and their opinions

Review from Admin Dept

visibility Have never met any senior leaders

Review from Nursing Dept

Communication. Remuneration. Listening to the needs of staff. Security of employees and units. Staff are treated as if we are all expendable.

Review from Nursing Dept

Communication here is terrible, never seem to know what is going on within the organization.

Review from Nursing Dept

Tuition Reimbursement-The yearly rate doesn't cover much , and to expect employees to work for the establishment afterwards is unfair. Typical tuition reimbursement refunds are for each semester. Not a lump sum for the year. better market adjustments.

Review from Nursing Dept

Communication! I do not have confidence in knowing what's going on in my area or what the future holds for my area. It appears that decisions are made without involving employees input in any way.

Review from Admin Dept

Northside leaders' approach to DEI goes only as far as superficial post to LinkedIn or an HR page banner saying "happy pride" or "honor Native American Heritage Month" & 1 DEI training. It's a sham. Northside does nothing to actually improve the health disparities effecting BIPOC & LGBTQ people

Review from Nursing Dept

More communication and transparency, empower those you hire to implement new ideas.

Review from Nursing Dept

Compensation. I have been here 5 years and there are new grad nurses at piedmont making the same pay as me which is insulting
