What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To improve company culture, leadership must eliminate favoritism, address cultural bias, and model professionalism. Staff need to be treated with respect and fairness, not based on personal connections. Transparency and accountability are long overdue.

The director of the department needs to be let go! This is a very nice position, but the director has ruined the department. Everyone fears her and hates her at the same time. half of the team is looking for a new position. no one respects her. She is a dictator, you cannot have a voice or opinion.

There is just no investment in culture. I think most leaders don't feel like they have enough time or support to even think about culture. They are too busy filling in, managing burned out. And there is no investment in DEI and belonging. You are punished for making comments like these
