My manager is great. She doesn't just listen to you, but she hears you. She makes sure that you have what you need to do your job.

I feel like PATIENT ACCESS is the least valued and we are the first contact for all patients, but are not recognized to be valued or paid to what we are worth.

There should be a review of salary compared to other institutions and adjust accordingly. The annual raise is never more than cents, so far it has never reached a dollar. Very disappointing.
