My manager is great. She doesn't just listen to you, but she hears you. She makes sure that you have what you need to do your job.

My manager is a leader. She's compassionate and truly cares about her employees. She listens. She treats you with respect. In order for you to be a good leader, you have to be a good team player, and she is all of that.
