Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the pay was comparable to what other hospitals pay.

I, as an Operations Coordinator, do the exact same as a Unit Manager, but since I am the "manager" of a smaller unit I get paid on a different pay scale that is quite a bit lower than unit managers. I do not believe this is fair at all.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworker in particular has called out numerous times and been allowed to continue to do so with no punishment. She is now recently pregnant and has filed for intermittent leave so now she can call in whenever she wants with no circumstances or punishments to correct this ongoing behavior.

It was a panel interview with 3 people. The questions were not hard, using the STAR method. I was able to effectively win the panel over to receive my current role.
