What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication skills and showing respect to their team members. Improving technology to best practices so the team is able to meet departmental KPI's. Stop micromanaging team members and leaders below them. Educate our staff in revenue cycle. Staff need to understand the why to perform!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the PTO, medical, and life insurance coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New associate, long term associate, great worker, poor worker, knowledgeable and non knowledgeable workers are compensated monetarily on at the same rate (very little difference in compensation amount). Compensate on a merit system and productivity will rise!!!!!!!!

Due to the amount of years I have worked in Revenue Cycle leadership and the roles I have been in I feel my compensation should be higher. I also feel undervalued due to the amount of overtime hours I put in and the lack of appreciation from leadership.

I, as an Operations Coordinator, do the exact same as a Unit Manager, but since I am the "manager" of a smaller unit I get paid on a different pay scale that is quite a bit lower than unit managers. I do not believe this is fair at all.

My coworker in particular has called out numerous times and been allowed to continue to do so with no punishment. She is now recently pregnant and has filed for intermittent leave so now she can call in whenever she wants with no circumstances or punishments to correct this ongoing behavior.
