I'm most happy at work when coworkers are doing what they were hired to do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked with a few of them for several years and a few positions are unstable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New associate, long term associate, great worker, poor worker, knowledgeable and non knowledgeable workers are compensated monetarily on at the same rate (very little difference in compensation amount). Compensate on a merit system and productivity will rise!!!!!!!!
