What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension plan plus 403b, also health insurance is inexpensive

The penison and I believe I'm paid well. I wish we had more holidays off besides the 6.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When it comes to compensation reviews, adjustments to market value, etc., tend to focus strictly on clinical roles. As with any company, employees talk and are very aware when some teams have received multiple increase since Covid when others have not been reviewed whatsoever, causing turnover.

Though Cherokee continues to grow, it still holds a community hospital vibe.
