I have loved working at Northside and am thankful to be here. However, i do wish there was more communication with our executice leadership. We currently receive no email updates, hold no compamy townhalls, or antyhing. Feels like we are flying blind sometimes.

My team is encouraging and everyone I enteract with outside my team has been helpful and welcoming

My team is full of driven individuals all working towards the same goal from each of our respective positions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team works very close with me while allowing me the space i need to get work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even for thise of us that are not oatient facing, we are encouraged to participate in actively taking part in creating a better experience for our patients
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was exposed to interviews with more than just my direct team. I had the opportunitu to meet with teams i would work closely with as well.
