My manager gives me the autonomy I need but is also readily available when I need guidance. She also believes in a healthy work life balance and understands there is more to life than the office. She is honest and straightforward which takes the guess work out of expectations.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that am reasonably compensated to some extent however more is better

Northside does need to increase their pay and offer more creative incentives.

Northside has been the best hospital system I have worked for. They seem to truly care about the employee experience just as much as the patient experience. To me this helps create a positive/happy culture and a place people want to be. My coworkers have always felt more life friends and family.
