The best thing about our compensation packet is having a pension and the fact that they are able to reimburse us if we take pursue a certificate or want to continue our education .

I have the family plan for the medical and I believe is comparable to the market here in Atlanta. I would like to see PTO options for days off for respite or mental health days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager seems condescending. The health insurance has deteriorated the past several years with deductibles getting higher and higher

When you are promoted from within you don't always receive the same amount, for the same position, that an external coming in would receive.

Supportive, positive, friendly and team oriented

The team feels like a family. We all have each others' best interest at heart and work so well both independently and together. The culture of the team is unlike any I've ever experienced in my professional life. I enjoy coming to work every day. We are constantly celebrating each other!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the opportunity to meet multiple people in the organization, not just my immediate manager. That gave me a good feel for the company culture.

I like that there were a few friendly faces in the panel interview that I had already encountered or already knew. With that in mind, it eased some of the nervousness one typically has when being interviewed.
