Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager seems condescending. The health insurance has deteriorated the past several years with deductibles getting higher and higher

When you are promoted from within you don't always receive the same amount, for the same position, that an external coming in would receive.

I feel as though the rates are not competitive with similar positions at other organizations.

If the compensation was more competitive or there were more opportunities to move up or more around within the department. Bonuses for a job well done would also be nice.

Northside is a culture of caring, whether working in a clinical setting or administrative. Patients and their family come first. It is all about giving the best patient experience.

The transparency of what i was getting myself into was there. They expressed what they were looking for, the challeneges i would face, the volume, ect. They were 100% open and honest and the interview was a stepping stone for success for when i got my foot in.
