Raises and bonuses are retracted as well as sign on bonuses. Corners are cut to make unrealistic deadlines. Training is promised but very seldom delivered.

RX: I enjoy working at RX and share the value of creating benefits for the community and supporting businesses. Teams could be larger to balance workloads, and salaries could improve. Still, I feel fulfilled, secure in my job, and have strong mutual respect with my leader.

RingCentral: Zero chance for carrier advancement, no challenging projects, team communication is below average, feeling sick and extremely demotivated from the feeling of not having job security. On the other side of things, PTO and quarterly bonuses make me feel better.
