Attendance policies, employee metrics, and store policies need to be reevaluated. They are not realistic and feel like they are too high to maintain. Focus more on employee retention.

Speedway: Always out of priducts especially fountain drinks. Never enough help. Was run much more efficiently before 7 Eleven purchased. Not even a customer as of today.
