FSA Federal: Overall, it is a good job and does pay the bills. However I am unable to save nor am I able to add more to my retirement because I wouldn't be able to survive where I live. Everything is increasing at a rate faster than my wages which is discouraging.

I also struggle with a manager that doesn't communicate with the team, doesn't provide adequate training, and doesn't really seem to care about me as a person.

N-able: Nable is a good company with a lot of room for benefits. I think Nable needs to work on the tenured associates who have been working for them for years regarding compensation. Just saying.
Percepta: Percepta's segment is a niche but very well positioned, this is an advantage since I can interact with professional in the industry within our company.

Micro Center: It has been a great place for me to develop I came in at the age of 20 and now 3 years later I can't believe the progress that I have made since starting out as a CSR. Not to mention Micro Center by nature is the best store ever so getting to be representing the company every day is a good feeling.

Micro Center: I have one Sr. manager that refuses to leave his office, another that just blames all the problems of the store on the front end and mocks the department in front of the sales associates, and a general manager that refuses to hold anyone accountable and rejects the entirety of OPS.
