Paycom: I feel the new hire process was better than average. However, there were points in the training that seemed slightly mundane. I feel the live email responses should happen 2 weeks prior to taking calls. They helped navigate the system more than any trainer.
Chronosphere: Chronosphere has been a rollercoaster experience over the last 5 years, which is expected for a startup. While that means periods of time have been especially challenging, the reason I've stayed over 5 years is because of these challenges and the quality of the team I've gotten to work with.

Extra Space Storage: The management stuff is not helpful, they have several issues with the facility but the paying customer has to endure any shortcomings that come alone with it but they have no problem staying on top of locking you out, and selling your belongings after they help themselves to what they want.
CDM Smith: I absolutely love working at CDM. The environment is encouraging and the standard is really high. But I have found the majority of my colleagues are more than happy to help.
SWCA: I have loved working here until this year. It's been a really difficult year and despite reaching out for help it's basically falling on me to fill any gap in our work and it's taking a toll on me. My hope is it gets better but it's really altered my views of the company.
