Concentrix: I love what I do and where I work, I have been here for almost 17 years, I would be here if it was a bad place. But there is a need for improvement in holding people accountable for their work. In some cases accountability is a daily thing and in some cases it is not.
Concentrix: My overall experience has been positive as I started out as a customer service representative as was able move up to a recruiter position in less than 4 months. I enjoy my job and like the people I work with as well as the company I work for.

TP: At first I am kinda hesitant on accepting the job offer because one of my friend didn't pass the final interview but since my goal is to have a job and get a better compensation so eventually I have accepted the offer and well I did not regret doing so.

Though we have problems with the SSS contributions since it has not been plotted in the account even they never fail the deductions on the salary every payroll. We are still working on follow-ups regarding this matter until now but overall the company is good.
