I feel undervalued due to having a college bachelor's degree (some of my co-workers do not have a degree) and a pay raise would make me feel better about my compensation.

I feel undervalued as I deliver work on the same level (or sometimes higher) as employees who have worked here longer than me, I have a college education, and I am paid less than other co-workers simply because they have worked here for longer.
