Improve the salary to meet market averages, improve incentives to create more passion for roles; people will be much more invested if being paid correctly. Offer something more than minimum wage and zero incentives.

There is no recognition, development or concern about the staff team. Goals and pressure out off limits. Salaries are different among people with same role. People are promoted because they are friends of leaders.

I've experiencing consistent growth and more over, when we switched from hourly to salary consideration was made for the average hours worked previously so that if you were over 40 hours the salary correlated with the increased pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The world is way more expensive than it used to be and wages have not kept up. This isn't just this company. I have worked else where and wages were a little higher but the culture was not as good. I would like to afford food, shelter and healthcare with out being worried about that.

As a team leader we are basically at the bottom of the food chain, but work very hard to ensure that our agents are doing their jobs so the company can be paid by the clients. The agent to TL ratio's are off and we are expected to do more and still be paid the same.

Everything not doing so much outside work, all day they do basketball stuff instead of being not fraud Ing the system when they clock in and walk in the building, these people are TL's on NRS yet each week they are costing CNX a lot of dollars, Yes PS and Ops and Stephen have done nothing about it,

Coworkers do not have the level of experience or skills as I and when they are tasked with a job they can not do they try to delegate when it is not their position to do so. If help is granted they take credit as if they did the work.
