What is the best part about your compensation package?
My Salary, 401K, and Stock Purchase are the best!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my salary is on the lower end of other professionals in the market. I haven't seen a cost of living increase separate from merit increases and health insurance costs continue to increase. It would be nice to have more competitive compensation and cost of living increase.

I feel that since my role changed, I've got added responsibility and the scope of my role has changed significantly, but no change in compensation. When I look at other company compensation for roles similar to mine, their pay is higher.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't really have a team. I'm the only person on the team, however, I do partner with other resource units and love how open they are to different ideas I have.

I love how we can challenge the status quo and not criticized for having a different opinion or idea on doing things differently.

I love how you are not reprimanded if you bring up a concern about something. The company invites everyone to be Bold and Speak up against the status quo. I think this is one of the greatest things our company promotes.
