I feel that since my role changed, I've got added responsibility and the scope of my role has changed significantly, but no change in compensation. When I look at other company compensation for roles similar to mine, their pay is higher.
I love how you are not reprimanded if you bring up a concern about something. The company invites everyone to be Bold and Speak up against the status quo. I think this is one of the greatest things our company promotes.
I feel that my salary is on the lower end of other professionals in the market. I haven't seen a cost of living increase separate from merit increases and health insurance costs continue to increase. It would be nice to have more competitive compensation and cost of living increase.
