What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a lot more than I expected.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the health benefits could be less expensive and better coverage. I don't believe my pay is market. And this isn't really compensation per se, but the number of hoops to get equipment approved (better monitor, docking station, etc.) makes me feel undervalued because the company won't approve.
