Overall, I have been happy with the company. I would like to see some changes made with some leadership, and see them be held more accountable. I would also like to see some pay changes and more opportunity to move up when in certain roles. However, I am still happy and love the company.

for the most part, I have loved working wit CNX/Convergys. there are strategic benefits that aren't offered anymore and the compensation needs to be re-evaluated. however with that being said, I am still here because I love my team and the work we do, I hope the promise of a level set.

To get paid the little amount that I do, for everything I do day to day, not only for my role but others as well, I don't make nowhere near the amount I should. Even for the national average for my role. It's very sad.

I feel compensation is not competitive enough. Especially when some gamechangers make more than someone is an admin role. We sometimes hire gamechangers that make 2-3 dollars more than we do.

Per Glassdoor and other comparison tools the TA side of the house is compensated at the bottom end of the table. Yet our team has faced some of the harsher workforce cuts. My compensation alone shows a 20k difference compared to others in my same role within the US.
