What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should: bring back Concentrix culture before webhelp; listen to the employees when we fill out surveys; make people enjoy working here not only because we need a salary, which should accompany inflation, cost of living and raise the salary within the law, not stagnate it. etc

Compensation needs tenure considered for staff. It is about the job being done but understanding COL , This role for most clients should be no less than 55k USD Per year

Bring back get togethers and activities. Coffee for free. Raise the salaries. Better chairs and equipment. Accessible HR's, not an in between. WORK FROM HOME. We do not have the same benefits as before, instead of increasing these have disappeared. We feel like numbers instead of people.
