What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to get better at transparency with lower level staff. There have been changes here that were swept under the rug, like changing DEIB to I&B as if diversity and equity are bad terms. This was a quiet change, and no one announced it, obviously because they knew it was wrong.

there is a lack of a clear plan and sense of purpose. Everything is thrown together without consulting subject matter experts on the team. It's demoralizing and demotivating to have to rush to complete tasks in timelines that don't allow for quality work or advanced planning.

Clear path which shows ultimate goal. Which area company wants to build its USP in as going all over wont fetch any success. Company culture is great but is it being exercised at the grassroot level is something needs to be checked on. Leadership needs to stay more connected to its people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been here for 3 years and have never been promoted or awarded more PTO time. I'm not paid fairly for the amount of work I do and really feel that my role in the company isn't appreciated. I would feel better if there was a guaranteed raise after 2 years and based on the length of employment.

I believe that in the past year, the company has given us twice the amount of work and workload, more countries, more processes, and fewer people. We have done the work in the best way possible with fewer resources, but there has been no improvement in compensation.

Better increment annually. Sometimes is not even the inflation amount so every year you earn less the more you stay.

No salary increase in many years, the few % of increase don't cover the inflation, very far from that. The benefits besides the salary are very low, we are such a big group and compare with other company much smaller, we dont have benefits for employees

My team is awesome and they feel the same pain I do at times. It's sort of like a trauma bond at times with how often things change here. They're always there for help and answer any questions I have. They are my favorite part of working at this company and I couldn't ask for a better team.
