I really like how the leadership team listens to everyone's ideas and values everyone's opinions. They make decisions that benefit the whole team and make sure everyone feels included and supported. It's great to see how they lead with kindness and respect.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment in our company is the sense of teamwork and camaraderie. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other out. Also, there's a strong focus on growth and development, which is really motivating.

For me, the best part of my compensation package is of course the good salary. It's important to feel valued for the work you do, and a good salary helps with that. Also, some extra benefits that I've got are really helpful too.
