So far it has been not the greatest, however I am optimistic and after spending time in the training that really encouraged me and motivated me to continue forward and weather the storm because eventually itll be sunny!

My peers help me so much when my manager does a poor job of helping me. Its very much asking to build a house without providing any tooks necessary.

culture us imorotanf because it can either motivate or demotivate and when I look to my left and right and all my peers are as stressed as me it builds team unity but also shows my management is doing to much without guidance

I am 60 days into the company and so far have felt like ive been "thrown to the wolves" without guidance or help. I dont know what resources I can use because I havent been provided them. I feel as tho my hiring manager told me one thing at hire and now that im employee expecrs another.
