What I like the most about my leadership team is that they keep us informed of changes being made.
Support and guidance to me
Love learning about new ways to do things
Jose is there for me every step of the way and helps every single sitaution

Not bashing new employees in front of them

The bonuses and the percent getting back towards us.

The best part is the rewards when you hit goal.
I enjoy the Endless potentional of our compensation package
The pay structure is employee focused
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is lower than normal
I wish my DM would have better communication
Knowing other premuim retailers have way different commission structures and how other salaried managers are making more for a lower tier door then a big tier door
When they did the move they put us on salary but its been weeks straight that i have worked 55-60 hours because of low staff
Fell like managing two stores should be more
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along as a team, we laugh and smile and make sure our guests are well taken care of.

What I would need from my coworkers is a sense of normality when I see them and a personal connection.
they are loud, uneducated and ghetto. its sad

Positivity and making sure we are well taken care of.

Better management. Better training classes. Be selective with who you hire. you guys just bring in any and everyone.

What makes me most happy is to know that someone cares about me as a person.
My conworksera and customers are enjoyablr
I love making a customer happy
Seeing my team every day and watching them grow from baby sales reps to adults who can run the sales process
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Im Tired and i just want to go home
Need more ataff at my location
the place is horrible. People do drugs in the bathrooms the place reeks of weed
