It's been a very positive experience.

I like the little perks like free breakfast. It makes employees feel appreciated. Only thing i dislike is how long it takes to hire people. I have a role that has been needed replacement since October and it takes so long to start hiring. I have been doing two jobs because there is no replacement.

Competitive salary in a world where cost of living expenses are extreme, is greatly appreciated. This allows us to give our all at work with less stress of how we are going to afford to live. Bonuses and health benefits are also important. We want to develop and retain good employees! Thank you!

I would like to be compensated for working on Sundays

We have so much work and not enough time to get it all accomplished. Our management team in our department understands but their hands are tied/limited. With no overtime pay available, we want to work hard to serve our customer but wouldn't be paid for the extra work we put in to do so.

Most of us work well collectively, however, a little more communication to be on the same page with everyone would help.
