My overall experience at Victra has been great. There is a lot of moving parts, however, our team does a great job in ensuring everyone has the support they need and the resources to become successful.

Leadership displays consistent inclusivity and communication

Our leadership team has a great balance of being people focused and work focused. They invest time into the people to ensure that everyone is aligned on the vision and journey ahead.

Recognizing support staff and not just field sales staff. While we understand this is a sales organization, the support teams get very little recognition and incentives.

Stop being microagressive. Its crazy the type of racialized comments I have gotten from leadership. It really is a hostile environment for people of color.

Pay is consistent and fair, and opportunity for annual bonus based on company performance

I do feel as though I am compensated fairly. However, it would be great to explore other benefit options/carriers as our current premiums can run a bit high including deductibles etc.

Compensation should be more competitive compared to other organizations/current job market and also consider COLA due to the increased of cost of living

I feel my position could be paid more for the ROI we create for the company

Trainers are not paid within the average of corporate trainers in my area.

A higher salary. My income growth has not matched rent growth
