I like that the executive comes down to participate in important events at the VCC. It truly makes me feel like at even their level they do care and want to be tapped in. I have had REAL motivational convo's and gotten feedback from Rich and Scott that sometimes even managers don't provide.

A lot of the decisions made for the business are based on stores and how they operate, but call centers are different and needed to be treated that way. Also there's unfair support of prizes and contests for stores compared to the call center.

I feel as store managers should not be able to sell because we have so many meetings and everything to try to be on the floor selling its exhausting. I feel like managers need to be paid more than $19 an hour and reps need to be paid more than $15.50 especially in this economy

A company this size should be able to do better on health insurance, the company needs to contribute more. I have worked for smaller companys and had better coverage and less cost.
I have been in A verizon role from diamond wireless age to a wireless, to victra to gowireless back to victra. 10 years of experience and I made adjustment in now the new role of BM. The only thing is I make more as a store manager vs Bm. Other than that great company great leaders.
I sure do feel undervalued. I have been making 12 dollars a hour for a year and then there are agents that have just been hired that are making 15 dollars per hour. I feel as if we deserve a raise
Comparatively to coworkers I feel we do more than other lines of business and need to be paid as such

The company trys to make the environment positive and light
The best environment is a winning environment and showing the best ways to success. You do have to fail to improve but, don't let the lost for the day to impact what's tomorrow.
The most positive thing about the culture here is that the majority of people are WILLING to participate in the fun or planning/ideas - sharing feedback on how to improve/make work better/and put forth the effort to make it happen.
