Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. They do let me manage my team and ask for input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base pay for this job is about 7K under other sups in the same position with other company's
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all want to help each other get better and can count on each other to help out when we need it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is so much communication lost from leadership and the agents, everything is always last minute and change it now is what is the normal day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A company this size should be able to do better on health insurance, the company needs to contribute more. I have worked for smaller companys and had better coverage and less cost.
