What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is very competitive and even better you can earn more based on company performance. I now my efforts contribute to the bottom line which gets everyone paid more.
The base pay is comparable to other companies I've worked for with similar roles
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To bring me in at a more comparable level due to the area that I live in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team hustles everyday and always puts the frontline first in the way we support. We are a competitive group but a team first.
They are the most knowledgeable team and are truly here to help the company grow and want to see everyone succeed

Getting to work on new and exciting projects.
Being able to accomplish my goal and have the time to get my work done while still maintaining a nice balance between work and the rest of my life.
