What makes you most happy at work?

my reps and making them money

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love my reps, they are amazing and always do a good job

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Only my district manager, he is amazing, he motivates us and keeps us going

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel as store managers should not be able to sell because we have so many meetings and everything to try to be on the floor selling its exhausting. I feel like managers need to be paid more than $19 an hour and reps need to be paid more than $15.50 especially in this economy
