In-N-Out Burger: I think that the customer interactions and how the consumers are greeted by the employees is very important, and I believe that the drive through has better service than going inside, and generally are happier outside.
TaskUs: i dont feel valued in terms of having that salary/allowance its not good specially in this time every price of our needs is expensive.
TaskUs: may 1st 2 years are good, I feel valued and have meaning on my work, but the last 2 years I feel like we are less valued.

TaskUs: L0 to L2A promotion should have atleast an increase in the basic salary of the employees. This is to motivate the other Teammates to level up.

However, we've lost so many good knowledgeable people through layoffs and people walking out, including the most loyal folks. We are bare to the bone, which puts strain on those remaining.

First Merchants: My experience with management doing little to nothing about my department's concerns about our severely low pay and the amount of work we have picked up due to the company not backfilling positions of people that have left has soured my opinion. FMB seems content to overwork and underpay us.

ConstructConnect: I have never enjoyed coming into work like I have working here. I've never encountered leaders and managers who actually care and understand life (especially family) is most important. We have the most supportive management, and they are ALWAYS looking for new ways to do so.

The Knot Worldwide: With the number of changes to the system, SLAs, and accounts and increasing responsibility, I do believe we are underpaid. The Bonus payout is fine but the base pay should be $65-70k. It's hard to survive on $50k if you have a bad month or two.
