TTI of USA: This is actually my second time working for TTI of USA. I am back just over 5 years now and it is the team that makes working here so special. We work hard and play hard, have open lines of communication and can compete with larger firms because of our hands on approach.

RingCentral: it has been good so far. although i feel like we're being micro-managed and it brings too much stress for us. the perks have been reduced. Caring days have been stopped. VLs are getting denied for not being able to hit our quota and other metrics required. i don't think it promotes work-life balance

Barracuda Networks: I have had the best managers my entire time at Barracuda. They have helped me grow. Helped me when i was fetting bullied by other coworkers and have helped mold my IT career. I am grateful for being apart of Barracuda. I just struggle with the pay and live paycheck to paycheck

ADP: Full of nice intentions, but reality is not as nice. We need better tools and processes to work with, unbelievable that Excel and Powerpoint are the most used tools. Reality is not as shown in Powerpoints or presentations.
Waste Connections: I came to Waste Connections straight out of college in 2019 and have been here since. I love my job and I enjoy learning new things every day! Although we have our challenges they never outweigh the good that WC has to offer. I will stay with WC as long as I possibly can! This is my career!
The Knot Worldwide: I have been with TKWW for about 4.5 years. In this time I have held several positions, each with it's own pros and cons. In the past year the quality of leadership has declined, and the workload has increased for the entire local revenue department without major changes to team size.

Esri: It's great to work with a smart staff, and we get great benefits. The work is challenging, fun, and meaningful. This contributes to low turnover. As with much of the tech industry, diversity could be improved, particularly outside the HQ office, but I have seen gains in this during my time at Esri.

Despite significant growth in the past few years, there have been hiring and promotion freezes, travel freezes, and rarely replacing lost roles. Staff are burned out and taken advantage of.

While I have seen many changes, LNRS does a great job ensuring people are in the right positions by offering opportunities for growth. CIRCOR International: co-workers are friendly but it requires more than that to be satisfied with your job. Managers seem more concerned with holding frequent meetings instead of just proving leadership and direction.
LHC Group: Company experience was great when I first started at LHC: however, as the time has progressed, the feeling is not the same. Hiring clinicians continues to be a challenge which in turn effects the AE and branches numbers. AE's are mow doing more administrsrive work than ever.
