ADP: I like my job for the most part. People I work closely with are friendly and helpful. I learn a lot and glad I can be a helpful asset. I do worry about job security because, like most companies, they are always looking for ways to boost profits and that is often done through laying people off.

The Knot Worldwide: its been a mixed bag, my immediate team is excellent. But leadership isnt inspiring and i question the honesty of their messaging, as they love to say the employee is their most important asset but rarely/never back this up with meaningful action. The financial future of the company terrifies me.

Comp is definitely super low compared to other similar companies. Tactics with non-compete agreements don't help company morale - gov. is making those illegal now
First Merchants: I love working for FMB its the unrealistic goals and the lack of help for platform. I am newer to everything and I knew what I was getting myself into but I was also told I would have help and I do not. it is really sink or swim.

Esri: I was very excited to be given the opportunity to join the Esri team. Over 17 years later, I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made career wise. The rest of the staff have been excellent to work with, at all levels.
TaskUs: I am still new and in training but have heard positive feedback and word of mouth about TaskUs and so far am in agreement with what I was told.
The Knot Worldwide: While I do enjoy my job and company culture, TKWW should really take time to understand the work it's employees do. Many job descriptions need to be changed to accurately reflect the work employees are being ask to do, as well as be fairly compensated for those new titles and descriptions.

While company culture is pretty similar to where I worked previously, there are some differences I've noticed, particularly around inclusive language (TKWW seems to be lest focused on using inclusive language - I've heard lots of gendered language used).
First Merchants: The first few months have been difficult being new to a branch. after speaking about concerns the environment had changed a ton and everything overall was more positive made working with each other better!
ITW: A lot of opportunity driven by decentralization but this also requires employees to be better advocates for themselves, the company isn't going to be overly helpful (or be helpful one day and then you roll off their "priorities")

Elsevier: It is great to have flexibility in the way I work and to be able to take responsibility for my own work. However, the way projects are carried out is very inefficient and colleagues in the same country work until after 9pm every day.
