I like the company overall and I've had a long tenure here. But bottom line is very important and RIFs are done regularly which makes me worry if I'm going to make the next cut or not.

I like that the company is strong and profitable. I have enjoyed my time here, but am never totally comfortable due to yearly layoffs.

I enjoy working here for the most part. It's not a job I would have picked for myself so I don't have the passion that some other people would have. I do hope to be here until I retire and have no desire to change jobs.

I like working here overall and definitely plan to stay until I retire. While my raises have been fairly small over the years, I feel I am compensated well overall. I sometimes question the changes that occur which includes changing the configuration of teams and reduction in force.

401K. I really wish that they had kept the pension plan going, but it's nice to have something.

All regular benefits for retirement, like 401K are available to me. There are generous basic benefits provided as well.

They work hard to keep the company profitable and seem to care about the culture of the company and it's employees.

They seem to know what it takes to keep the company successful and are doing what they can to keep up with evolving technology and keep ADP as a leader in the HR/Payroll business segment.
