Startek: Having spent over 2 decades with the organization, I believe that the organization is great place to work for the young employees. the culture is positive however one should not remain with organization for more than 3 years. With increase in tenure your payout goes for a toss though you have value.

Encora: I joined in Aug 2022, I got eligible for performance review in Jan 2024. Working for 18 months straight without any salary hike, and still at the end of it I received only 5% hike on my previous compensation. Project's doing great in sales and the annual growth, btw.
